How will I get my VIP number?
After payment we share a UPC (porting code) or arrange a fresh SIM in your name. You can port the number to any operator. Our team helps on WhatsApp until it is active, usually within 2 to 5 working days.
Is the number registered in my name?
Yes. Every number is transferred legally through the operator’s official MNP / ownership-transfer process with your own KYC documents.
Can I keep my current operator?
Yes. Numbers can be ported to Jio, Airtel, Vi or BSNL once you receive them. Prepaid and postpaid both work.
What if the transfer fails?
If we cannot transfer the number to you, you get a 100% refund to the original payment method within 7 working days.
How do I pay?
Pay securely online (UPI, cards, net banking) or by UPI / bank transfer. Numbers are held for you for 24 hours after you place an order.
Can I sell my VIP number here?
Yes. Use the “Sell your number” page. We review it, share a valuation and list it on the marketplace.
Do you deliver all over India?
Yes. We deliver to every state. A physical SIM, where needed, is couriered free of cost.
